My Story
I never set out to become an operational strategist.

I was simply the person everyone called when something wasn't working.
​
That meant supporting executive leaders, managing complex events, improving healthcare operations, untangling technology challenges, organizing information, strengthening financial systems and helping organizations navigate change over many years.

The pattern was always the same... no matter the industry.
​
Behind every visible problem was usually a hidden operational one.

I eventually realized I wasn't just solving individual problems. I was seeing how entire systems fit together.

That perspective became the foundation for everything I do today.
I'm a lifelong systems thinker.
Organization isn't something I force myself to do.

It's simply how my brain naturally works.
